      • Is a beautiful community in the Rideau-Goulbourn Ward located in the rural south park of Ottawa. This neighbourhood is a residential suburban area located on the Rideau River that sits immediately south of Barrhaven and Riverside South.

      • Manotick demographic is another area of Ottawa that attracts many families. As an Ottawa suburb Manotick attracts many working families that are attracted to its small town feel and its close proximity to all the wonders the city of Ottawa provides.

      Transit / Parking

      • If you are looking to buss into the city or out of the city to Mantotic you are able to take OC Transpo Route 186 or take a quick drive to one of the park and rides where you are able to to catch many more bus routes.




      Amenities

      • Manotick is a cute little neighbourhood that can give you everything you need. There is the Independent Grocer, Home Hardware, Rexall Pharma Plus and many other stores for all your shopping needs. As for recreation in the area of Mantotic you can go to the public pool in the warms or take a stroll down there many paths like theMarlborough Forest trail, the Osgoode Multi-Use Pathway the Rideau Trial and Tran Canada Trail.


      Schools 

      • As a family centered neighbourhood there are several options for the institution you wish to educate your children. There are four Elementary schools, being: Kars on the Rideau Public School, Manotick Public School running kindergarten to grade 5 in English and French, North Gower/Marlborough Public school and St. Leonard Catholic School an elementary school, teaching both in English and French. There are two Secondary Schools / High Schools and they are St. Mark Catholic High School teaching grades 7-8 and 9-12 in English and French. Last but not least South Carleton High School educating grade 9-12 students.
