Ryan realized he wanted to pursue the entrepreneurial spirit he had been ignoring, but in a way that allowed him to tap into his formal education. Enter stage left – Real Estate.

It didn’t take long for Ryan to realize he made the right move...in his first year he was Rookie of the Year at his Brokerage. Three years later he was extremely honoured to be recognized by Coldwell Banker International as one of the top 30 under 30 agents worldwide (and the only Canadian!) in its inaugural year. He consistently lands in the Top 10 at his Brokerage, but more importantly he continues to receive the Ultimate Service award which is based solely on client feedback. Ryan is also an active member at the Ottawa Real Estate Board as part of the YPN committee, and has taken/continues to pursue extra courses and designations as part of his commitment to continuous learning (check out an article on his passion for learning here!
