      About Kanata 

      • It is one of the largest suburban areas located southwest of Ottawa’s downtown and is a rapidly growing neighbourhood. Kanata is a planned community and a hub for important hi-tech centers. This is broken down into smaller into smaller areas from the affordable family neighbourhoods, Upscale living in Kanata lake all the way to the tech hub in Kanata North Business Park. Kanta offers a more diverse variety of living situations with condo, apartments and single family homes.

      • As a beautiful, expanding neighbourhood Kanata attracts many families looking to settle down a little outside of the city. With numerous public and catholic schools along with plenty of local amenities. Kanata is the perfect place to start a quite, simple and stress free life.

      Transit / Parking 

      • As a major neighbourhood in Ottawa means there is major bus route that help you get to and from the city center and many places throughout the city. Linked is one of the biggest buss statins in the canada are which where the Terry Fox bus station is here.
      • There are over ten different bus routes that come to this station several times throughout the day. With busses coming every 15 mins or so during peak bussing hours.

      • Within Kanta there are several larger shopping centers where you can find everything you need from grocery stores, pharmacys, home decor, sports stores and much more.
