About Beacon Hill 

  • AnchorIs located in the Beacon Hill-Cyrville Ward on the Eastside of Ottawa and is bordered on the east side of the Greenbelt. Up until 2001 It was part of the City of Gloucester until it was amalgamated with the new city of Ottawa. Beacon Hill is a suburban residential area that is broken into two parks, Beacon Hill North and Bean Hill South.

  • Beacon Hill’s demographic is another area of Ottawa that attracts many families. As an Ottawa suburb Beacon Hill’s attracts many working families that are attracted to its many schools and proximity to the core of Ottawa. Beacon Hill’s offers a more diverse variety of living situations with condo, apartments and single family homes.

  • There are several bus routes that run throughout the neighbourhood of Beacon Hill. Residences are also a short bus away from St-Laurent bus terminals that has many different routes that are able to take you across the city.

  • As a community filled with families means there is a lot of amenities for your convenience and to keep the family busy. There are several large grocery stores, drug stores and whatever else your heart desires to purchase. As for the recreation Beacon Hill’s is decently close to Calypso the biggest water park in Ottawa. Additionally the are several parks, recreation centers and clubs like dance studios and Tenni club throughout the neighbourhood to keep the kids active.
