Meet Ryan

Ryan is a Cobourg, ON native that attended the University of Ottawa and quickly realized the beauty and opportunity of the National Capital region. After a trifecta of degrees (B.Sc., Masters in Sport Psych., and Teachers College), Ryan decided to pursue the entrepreneurial spirit he had been ignoring, and in a way that allowed him to tap into his formal education.

Enter stage left – Real Estate!

Ryan consistently lands in the Top 10 at Coldwell Banker First Ottawa Realty, and has received multiple international awards (first ever Canadian 30 under 30 CB globally, R.E.P. Top 100 under 35 in Canada, CB Society of Excellence, Global Luxury Certification). More importantly though, he continues to receive the Ultimate Service award which is based solely on client feedback.

Ryan is also an active member at the Ottawa Real Estate Board as part of the Government Relations Committee, and continues to pursue extra courses in negotiation and industry designations as part of his commitment to continuous learning.
